Process and organizational knowledge
Ensure optimum utilization of material, tools and equipment.
Ensure timely replenishment of required resources.
Perform Workshop Capacity Planning and monitor the daily vehicle reporting.
Layout planning to ensure smooth vehicle and customer flow.
Ensure Availability of adequate and skilled manpower at the service workshop.
Continuous monitoring of networks and regular evaluation.
Analysis of customer feedbacks and complaints.
