VEGETABLES: There are exotic recipes like Shyam Savera, Jhal frazee and mirchi ka salan etc.,
ACCOMPANIMENTS: Varieties of dals and raitas are presented in this segments.
RICE & ROTIS: The oriented bread varieties with equally aromatic rice preparation are excellent.

Though the dishes are difficult to prepare but this book is easy to make your cooking well and good. He didn't use liters, grams and all instead he used cups, spoons and teaspoons for measuring which will be easier for beginners.
The photos of this recipes are really SUPER and MOUTHWATERING, tempt us to eat immediately which will encourage us to prepare the dishes at home. I have many recipes book but its No.1 book with neat Presentation, Precision, and perfection. I have this book and it's my all time favourite book which helps lot in kitchen.
