Well today again I'm here to share recipes with you. Well learnt them from my friends and students so thought should share it with you all...... so here try out few of my  personal favorite recipes.



Minto Martini:*


8 mint leaves


60ml citrus syrup


60ml masala tea decorations


30ml lime juice


30ml sugar syrup


some ice cubes


*Method:


crush the mint leaves, put ice cubes along with the remaining ingredients in a glass or mixi  and shake well and strain and now serve.....


Hmmmmmmmm one of my fav mint flavoured drink


Coffee Blush:


*2 springs curry leaves


few coffee beans


60ml Chivas Regal


60ml mixture of sugar syrup and lime juice


some ice cubes



Method:


Blend the coffee beans and curry leaves together. Put ice cubes along with other ingredients in a glass or mixi and mix well....garnish with curry leaves and few coffee beans.... serve


Trust me all those who love coffee will love this recipe......



My all time fav:


Beach delight:


*45ml orange juice


45ml pineapple juice


20ml blue curacao surup


15ml sugar syrup


a slice of lime or orange for garnish


ice cubes


*Method:


mix orange, pineapple juice, curacao, sugar syrup and ice together in a glass. shake well.. serve chilled.. garnish with lime or orange....


Well to make an alcoholic drink one can add vodka .......


Trust me these 3 are my all time favourite... I've given names to them the way I like to remember them... u can do the same.... many may have the same recipes in different names so please don't get offended I work in hotel industry and we get similar kinds of recipes with different names
