I have had this book for about three years now. Although I was very excited when I first bought this book, I haven't really been able to use this book as much as I thought I would. But I can definitely say that whatever recipes I tried from the book turned out to be excellent.
My friends have become big fans of my pineapple lettuce salad, thanks to this book. I have always loved Sanjeev Kapoor's recipes, and hence I bought this book. The down side of the book is that not all dishes are accompanied by pictures, so it is hard to visualize how the final outcome would be.
The book has a good combination of soups, salads, vegetarian, chicken and fish recipes etc. Also it gives an estimate of the calories, fat, protein content of each dish. It also gives health tips along with most of the dishes, which is very interesting.
Overall, the recipes are great, but they do not have much visual impact because of the lack of pictures and it really takes quite a bit of motivation to try a new recipe from this book.
