I feel this review is:
No proper response whenever I called the customer care service. They cancelled the bus service but the money is still not returned to my account. When I called they informed that we have to submit the ID proof to collect the money from the travel office which is far from my stay. The information wasn't provided to me until I called. No mails or messages from their end.
