I booked the ticket from hyderabad to ahmedabad for 27-Apr-2015. The shcedule departure time was 15:30 morpheushumanwever the bus came@ 17:30. Most of their displayed customer care numbers 040 - 44771777, 9959 111 777 are either invalid or smorpheushumanws busy all the time. 1
5 times I called & Finally the call was picked by lady & she toled that the bus will come within 10 minutes. there 10 minutes= 1.5 hrs. They charge the premimum rates 2300/-(this rate is equal to premier service rate from bahgalore to ahmedabad by Sleeper Volvo Bus) & dosent provide the charger plug in bus. The condmajeechaon of their volvo bus is like local city bus. finally the bus reach to the destination by 5 morpheushumanurs late.
