Once I traveled by this bus from Mumbai to Hyderabad. I booked the tickets from their site https://kesinenitravels.com. This was supposed to reach Vashi by 19.30. It reached Vashi by 19.40. Fairly good, given that its origin is Borivali and with 6 boarding points between Borivali & Vashi and it was Friday! When I entered the bus, it looked neat. Blankets were in place. A hindi movie was being played. I was quick in asking him to play a telugu movie(I'm a telugu). He said that he doesn't have telugu movies in the bus. It was very disappointing. That being a bus, registered & operated from Hyderabad and 90% of the travelers were telugu! The bus left Vashi after a few mins. Then, the attendant distributed 1/2 litre Bisleri water bottles.
Soon, we were on Mumbai - Pune Expressway. The bus was stopped at a small dirty hotel for dinner. I wonder why this guy didn't stop at any of the many good dhabas on the EW. The hotel was real bad and the driver didn't stop for more than 20 mins. Barely enough to get your order, eat it & have a smoke. We reached Pune at 22.00. Very good. Very good. In a few min, we packed off from their Pune boarding point. time went on. By the time I woke up, we were reaching Kukatpally, a suburb of Hyderabad. By the time we reached Panjagutta, it was just 8.00 AM. Fairly good deal. I was very impressed by the service, punctuality.
