KESINENI TRAVELS DECREASED ITS QUALITY. Review on Kesineni Tours and Travels, Hyderabad

In the last 6months I have travelled two times in KESINENI Travels and these two trips made my mind that KESINENI TRAVELS not maintaining the qualities which they provided few years back . All buses might be years old thats why they are not giving the feel of travel in VOLVO buses, One can feel a noise from these buses even sitting in their seats like normal super luxury buses. They are not cleaning proper way thats why the smell inside the bus is not good .The blankets are also old ones and not cleaned well.They are not providing water bottles all the times in one trip I got water bottle in another trip no water bottle. The behavior of staff inside bus are okay but not upto the best way. Overall feeling in these trips is KESINENI travels not providing best quality journey what travelers expect from a good travels. The management need to concentrate on these issues and make it super again as past.
