We had booked a trip (Delhi, Nainital, Masoorie, Corbett) through Kesari.
And it was a worst experience in our life. They charged us too much of cost (about 1 lakh for 2 persons) and we got a poorest quality of service.
After returning, we complained abt it to a senior manager in office(F.C.road), he told he will enquire about this issue and revert us in 3-4 days, but it has been more than 5 months but they have not even bothered to contact us for anything.
Few things about our experience :
The hotel in Masoorie was not even 1 star and 2 star hotel (and Kesari charged us a cost for 3 start hotel). In the month of December, they did not had heaters in the rooms. When we asked for heater they provided us a heater which could not warm up even our hands. The Geyser in the room was taking up about 1 hour to heat one bucket of water.
The room of Delhi hotel was ONLY literally 10x10 room. It was too much congested, pack and suffocating. Again, the hotel was a general hotel and we were told that all the hotels of tour are 3 star hotels. For dinner they had only 2 options : either non-veg or panner sabji. They had no options for food. We were asked to order only from 4-5 options they gave(non-veg/ paneer sabji, in rice we had only rice and dal option, no desert, no starters) And we were told that for food, you will get all the options for even breakfast. The worst kind of service we experienced.
We tried to call on their emergency number but it was busy for most of the times. When finally it got connected, their customer care service representative answered in a very rude language and disconnected the call.
I will never recommend any1 to go for Kesari. They just CHEAT and LOOT the customers.
Dont waste your money with Kesari. Plz. Plz.
