I have booked my Europe tour with Kesari in Jan 20. Due to rapidly spread Corona Virus we decided to cancel our tour and completed cancellation formalities in March 20 . Written almost 4 to 5 mail communication to Kesaris all possible mail address on website as they have switched off all mobiles and line line numbers since march. No any form of communication from Kesari side regarding status of cancellation or simply receipt our mail communication.
Advertising themselves as a world class company
After July 20 only one single landline started but no body able to give answer to our refund status. nor doing anything on that. Person replying our refund policy yet to release just fooling customers and avoiding refund payment
I appeal all of you never go with Kesari tours to any trip as no customer service exist now in Kesari tours. & become third class travel company.
