I had booked a USA tour(Tour Code:U3100920/1) in early February 2020.The tour was to commence on 10th September 2020.The executive offered me for Bonanza offer. I also thought of substantial savings and paid the full amount in USD .It was the primary condition of the tour. At the time of booking, myself and my wife were the only guests who had booked the tour. As the situation worsened due to pandemic, the Kesari offices got shut. In the month of June 2020, I requested Kesari through their e mail to cancel my booking and refund me the amount. I was not responded with a single word. I kept on writing them mails every fortnight but with no use. In the month of October2020, Kesari sent me a mail stating that as per their policy, they won't refund. But as a gesture, they had issued me credit shell after deducting 30000 from the booking amount against reschedule charges. Later on in the M/O April 2021 Kesari offered me refund after deduction of 30% amount, which included 25% of the tour cost and 18% GST on it. Although I gave my consent immediately, I could receive the refund in the third week of May2021.
At the time of making payments, Kesari would call you thrice a day. But at the time of refunds, they won't call you.
In this pandemic, Kesari made a lot of money just by looting customers in the name of refund policy.
In future, if at all anybody travels with Kesari, don't fall for the temptation of Bonanza offer. You would loose a lot of your hard earned money
