Well, very secretly, from the bottom of my heart, I had been planning for my honeymoon since our final days of courtship, when our families had said an emphatic ‘Yes’ to our wedding decision. I was elated, overjoyed and happy that I was marrying the person I have always wanted to make my life partner. My husband too was on ninth cloud, planning for a grand wedding followed by a reception.
An exciting honeymoon too was on our cards but we were dumbfounded on the right place to visit. After spending several hours per day on popular travel portals and consulting few of our close friends, we decided that we would seek the help of an established travel operator.
Eventually, my husband, given his extensive network, got an offer for a Group Honeymoon tour from one of his friends who had got the same offer from a famous tour company, Kesari Tours. Initially, I found the idea totally weird but my husband convinced me that group tour is an amazing way to make new friends, meet new couples and all other things, without sacrificing privacy and joys of honeymoon.
After giving a thought to his offer, I agreed. There we were! All ready to fly off for one of the most memorable trips of our life. Since exploring South East Asia has been one of my personal dreams, I shared it with my husband. After consulting with knowledgeable representatives from Kesari, we decided to fly to Singapore & Malaysia.
We were amazingly happy with both our decisions–Exploring Singapore, Malaysia & opting for a group honeymoon tour. Both of us enjoyed the tour, thanks to Kesari tour guide and managers who ensured our privacy is maintained and we have loads of fun during the tour.
All the couples in the group had something awesome to share about the trip. And I never knew, I love hanging out with people and knowing about them. I won’t exaggerate if I say that I got a chance to interact and make friends with some lively women in the group. The jokes, the evening chats and group dances in the hotel will remain some of my most cherished memories.
The 8–day tour was one helluva experience we had! It was relaxing and rejuvenating. It gave us the chance to get closer to our funnier and romantic sides. Kudos to Kesari tour guides who made us stay pleasant and memorable. We would get back to Kesari next time when we are planning for a family tour!
