Me and my family went to the Euro Tour - E1 in August 2016. While booking we had clearly stated we want extra bed for the kid and they charged us for that. We arrived in Europe and to our shock, they did not provide us the extra bed. We had to spent 2-3 hrs to resolve this issue. The tour guide Suhas was a very rude person and did not care about anyone on the tour and their requirements. In Paris, our luggage was stolen because Kesari failed to pay the bus driver. The bus driver ran with luggage of almost 6 families and if it hadn't been for us contacting the local police, the luggage would have not been found. Suhas did not take the appropriate action to ensure that the luggage and all guests are off the bus.
This does not end here, there were 3 hrs wasted on our tour and police were involved. On another day in UK, we lost one of the couple and wasted 2 hrs to search for them.
The service is a disgrace to the toursim industry. At the end of the tour they try selling us books by Kesari. I have one question for them. Why are you selling Kesari as a worldclass tourism company? Apart from the food, the service is terrible especially the tour guide. I strongly encourage you to train your tour staff before sending them to manage these tours. The service is not worldclass at all. We have travelled across North America and would encourage Mr. Kesari to travel and feel the experience. It's a disgrace to Indian tourism to have companies as Kesari operate the way they do.
Spread the word and avoid these thugs.
