Their main objective is to make u a paid member for a database which is very old and mostly obsolete. They are not interested if you are getting your match or not and they make it more difficult for you to achieve what u want. Not lying, below are the words from their manager in online chat.
"Manasa:(The manager) BM acts as a platform for all its members to interchange information that would promote their common matrimonial objectives. It is to be distinctly understood that BM will only provide contact between and among members within its service framework and not the direct contact details of such members."
My membership details:-
Member for almost 6 Months.
Total Msgs sent -132
Replies received - 9
Read By members - 40
Unread - 59
Interest sent - 68
Accepted - 1
Reply Pending - 45
This figures show that almost 50% of their database is useless. The best part, I cannot see the replies I received as my paid membership period is over. If I have to get the number they sent me I have to pay again. That doesn't make sense!
Way it works:
Any sensible descent member will first send interest to the opposite sex and then take their number only if they are interested.
Calling people directly without sending them interests results only in them asking us to send interest first. Which I tell us quite embarrassing.

The most useless tool they created. Only one response from a girl only because I already knew her as we are family friends and I had already seen the girl before enrolling in BM. Their chat is useless.
Inside info:-
I know a few people that worked with BM call centers, it seems they were asked to enroll with them when they join the job. A nice way to increase girl profiles.
Functionality wise the site is good compared to others.
The major issue:-
U send an interest it takes months for a response, by the time ur membership period is over and u cant contact further. What ever balance phone numbers and msgs are their will get blocked and u have to renew if u wanna use them.
A sad deal for a customer but a minting scenario for BM.
My recommendation!. don't waste your time on BM get a membership in your local community site and use family and friends contacts to find a suitable girl .
My success rate, I am filthy busy guy living out of station. I have met not even a single girl with help from BM. And seen about 12 girls just by going on weekends to my native once a month.
These people are not interested in you getting married, they just want u to keep searching for them to make money.
