I have purchased Kent Ultra on 02-03-2013. Invoice no. 7sm 12003204. we were using the same and


noticed there is chlorine in water. You have mentioned 99% chlorine will be removed from water in the


details provided in website. But I am getting chlorine in water. I had an experiment, which shows


less than 50% chlorine removed from water. Then what is the use of this purifier?


I have contacted customer care, I got a reply from customer care, one R S Rao replied, one Suriender will resolve my issue. I got the mail 11 days back. But no one have taken initiative to solve this.


My advice is not to buy this product.
