I purchased Kent GOLD storage water purifier and wanted to replace its UF membrane.
I called their customer service and they only made me wait for a long and gave a number.
When I called that number, nobody responded.
I emailed them for replacement of UF membrane but till date no reply from Kent.
Kent doesn't provide after sells service..
The worst service center I have come across...
No response to your queries, complaints and they will only give you wrong numbers who will never solve your problems and further will give you a new number...
Never buy any Kent product...
Product may be good but what is the meaning if u can’t get it repaired at proper time...
