Some months back I bought this RO and I found it amazing the taste of the water was also very good but sometime back when I called Kent because there was a little leak in the pre purifier and then the guy came and serviced our RO but when he checked the pre purifier he said that it was fake and said that the who came to our house to install the has cheated us so this was the thing I was annoyed about but overall the RO is good.
