Bought Kent Supreme in April. During Installation itself, a part broke and they had to come back the next day to fix it. They also had to use the sediment filter from an older Kent as the newer one started leaking.
Within two months of the purchase, the machine started beeping and the UV is not working. Kent is yet to come and repair the product. Also, when this happened over a weekend, the service rep said they would only come on Monday to fix - very poor customer service as you have to call them multiple times to remind them to come and fix. Never going to buy from Kent again.
