Only highlighting the key points.
=> I am using Kent for the last 5 years.
=> First Unit I used for 4 years. In between many times I changed filters. It was ok for me.
=> When the situation came of frequently changing the filters I thought about purchasing a new Unit altogether.
=> In the last 10 months(Second unit) 4 times I raised complaints for different filters.
=> Now the Highlight* The technician who came to service the purifier told me that now a days Kent quality is not good.
Very frequent complaints are happening. This was intimated to me with out me asking any thing. And it's TRUE.
And Now I don't know what to do since it is the highest model of Kent and with in 2 months my warranty also will get expire.
