I purchased Kent RO from the Distributor named Magnett Technologies only 11 months back.
Contact: 080-254808 and 99000247.
At the time of installation, they promised 1 year free service and product warranty. Because of hard water I asked them to install Pre-filter also but from 11 months they don't have stock.
Last week they advised two times(Wednesday and Friday) to arrange Pre-filter from outside and they will connect that under service warranty.
But at the right time they are asking for 350 rs as installation charge.From their company they are accepting wrong promise done by their employee but what was my fault if I purchased Pre-filter for 550 from outside?
My 550 Rs are waste now completely.I spoke to Concerned person named Manohar, He accepts all the mistake from company but replies that you can think what ever as your wish.
I also told him that I will mention this feedback in complaint but he again agreed on this.
It shows no fear from customer for wrong feedback.Other many conversations are there but I don't think to make my message bulky and too long.I am helpless here and it will be highly appreciable if anyone can help me to get Justice on this.
