Two years back when our Kent was serviced and candles repaired, the next day the drain pipe was found to continuously drain water. when we complained again the service agent rectified it and said that the concerned part was missing. he charged for the part and the service.subsequently we got the servicing as per schedule.
From the beginning we had been complaining of the filtered water being smelling muddy. Till date its not rectified. we have been drinking muddy smelling water.
A week back the inlet to the uv tube was leaking. Verified the website of Kent. Surprisingly couldn't find CC number. Dialed 1800. which reeled out several nos. contacted the no 9343870906 who had sent an agent who repaired and charged for the service. However next day a pipe inside got cut on its own and started leaking. We complained again and another agent came and repaired the next day. we didn't pay the service charges again .
Next day again another pipe got cut on its own. complained again several times for two days only when another agent came and repaired yesterday. This time we again paid for the service.
However to our utter surprise we find that the pipe is draining water continuously unstopped for past 16 hours.Perhaps the concerned part is damaged or missing.Trying to contact them again. called thrice. no response yet .Kent is an utterly bad experience. The water still smells muddy. Big blunder buying Kent.
