I have been using Kent Ro Grand Plus water purifier from last 2 years and the performance is awesome. Few days back my CSF light was blinking I called the Kent Ro call centre, they told that the call will be attended within 48 hours and the service technician called me within an hour of the complaint logging and asked me about the problem and come down to my end within an hour and resolved my issue. As such type of promptness I have never seen in my life.
Cheers and keep on providing the service. Like this other companies should also adhere the same type of after sales service.
