- There is no official service center from Kent, :
Means from which local dealer we buy this product, he is only responsible for its service, and I am sure once product is sold, why would he bother? because they are not Kent officials, so they are not bothering about its image.
- Very Poor service:
If we lodge a complaint today, they will take a minimum of week time, to respond to the request, that too if we follow up 100 times.
- I bought this purifier 6 months back, mainly by looking at adds which we see daily.
believe me, I have faced so many problems, at least 20 times I must have faced severe problems. service guys come after a weak and they do something, again within a weak we face something else, for that again they take week together . got fed up in following up their customer care. even the previous complaint or service did not solve the problem, and if we call them to re look into it, they will take it as new complaint and they wont give priority even if we face no water for weeks or months together.
Before buying it I heard from people that Kent has very poor service, but never expected that it could be as horrible as this much. I am sure there cant be more worst than this much.
My suggestion is please don't buy this product. if you are small family better use bottle water( 20 Liter can), cost of it will be 100% lesser than maintaining a such a worst product. at least you can be tension free.
But one this is sure, quality of water it produces is really good. but what is the use, if it keep spoiling again and again.
I heard there are other RO filters, they are better than Kent. like Zero B, Live pure from luminous etc. but I don't know, never used them.
