I have been using Kent RO grand water prufier for like 2-3 years now. It purifies the water well but the after sales service is very very bad. Also, the service guys charge hell lot of money on the after sales service and parts replacement, so its costly maintenance.
I think it is a trap, you buy their product and then you pay them for next couple of years for after sales service and part replacement which is unreasonably high. Moreover, the water purified by the RO is very pure and has little or no minerals left which which is in fact bad for health.
