I purchased Kent grand RO+ in sep 2010 from croma (Mega Mall) Andheri mumbai..now when it stopped working I called up their customer care, I was told that some one will attend with in 48 hours .It has been a week and even after making so many calls technician has not come to attend it.
The company should stop selling the product if they can not provide the service.The female at customer care does not know any thing execept wasting our time by keeping the line on hold for long.This company seems to be all fraud.
Service and support does not deserve any star.
