Firstly, this purifier is not so much efficient. In the product description there is stated that, red is for the poor air quality, pink is for good and blue light is for excellent air quality, and the machine starts with pink light and blue within 5 minutes, and the outer filter shows particles trapped, but yet still not sure if it is actually working proper good or not.
Though it can detect pollution but it doesn't clean the pollution as expected. Dust particles is still stay is in seeing in sunlight beam.
the re-assemble it, is most tough after open or disassemble the device for the purpose of washing and cleaning.
Also there is no any to know that the air is getting clean or not and if product is proper assembled or not after its disassemble.
I purchased it from the online store, when I received the device with missing the primary filter. This product has basically 3 filters, but 1 filter was missing.
If anyone do check it with any good PM2.5 monitor and that person will realize that the count of PM does not ever come below 70-80 in the smallest of rooms while the indicator falsely shows the indication'Clean'.
Product should need more development still. Device contains negative ionization and which is extremely detrimental for children and asthmatics in the long run. For the proof and to see impartial feedback about it anyone can do search regarding negative ionization air purifier safety.
Not a user friendly or handy it is, and durability is average as I have seen.
Style & design is not high class here.
Customer care response is loo much pathetic, looks like they was seeing this air purifier for the first time.
I did some time pass by calling there actually. Even one of them of care executive has done miss behave with me. All emails in to their email ID was falling in deaf ears.
Really not worthy device it is. I am not recommending this anymore.
