MY appeal NEVER BUY KENT PRODUCTS, All problems will arise after one year warranty, I suffered a lot and still suffering. I am from Bangalore. Their Customer service is very poor, no plastic of back side hanging part got broken and it fell on head of our maid and no one in kent is listening that plastic is cheap I made several complaints. complaint No 15082401817, 15082803375, 15081601901, 15081302190, 150901002231, no one is attending, My strong recommendation NEVER BUY KENT PRODUCTS.
