I had bought this cooler about 1 year back from Big Bazar. It worked fine for about a year and I stopped using this during winter. Now again when I started operating this and we get to hear a loud noise like that of an aeroplane and the water falls all around.
Called the service centre number several times in over 15 days time and not a single service personnel has come to attend to the problem.
Since it is within warranty period I am waiting for the service rep. Hope Kenstar will give proper customer service. Even International companies are worst in customer care.
