I bought it 2 years ago and have been using since then.
At first it was blowing amazing cold wind and then after a year or so, it started blowing hot air.
It felt like living in a desert, I have complained about this product to the nearby electrician and have spent more than the half of the cost of new cooler. And I am completely dissatisfied using this cooler. One go for Bajaj coolers or local ones. Kenstar is not worth it to spend than kind of amount on.
