I bought this cooler 8 month before. I really likes the kenstar product. But talking about this product not much impressive.
Talking about shape and size.shape is rectangular which doesnt fit in all areas in a home.size is big and bulky.
Talk about customer service.customer service is good by kenstar.they always help you in any kind of issue. I have complaints too many issues they all are solved with in time.
Talk about cooler pump and cooling power.cooler pump always has problem to start. Its always stop working.cooling power is not much impressive.
Talk about sound .sound is loud when turn on the cooler fan and pump.irritate your ears.
Now talk about build quality.build quality is not tough.its easily broken.not durable anymore.
Its my experiance with this cooler.
