Beware of "Nutron India Services" in Pune. Review on Kenstar Tumple Top

Its good product otherwise. but service is very corrupt. Kenstar outsources its repair work to some local service center . In Pune they do it to “Neutron India Services”. These people do not acknowledge the warranty and openly ask for payment for repairing work. Once they said my chip need to be replaced. They took 2 and half months to replace it and it and asked me Rs 3, 700. When I said my machine is under warranty he stated technical terms in warranty to convince me how I am liable to pay. I called Kenstar call center and fought with them and got charges reverted.

Two days later my machine again stopped working. I called Kenstar call center and I said this time I don’t want any one from “neutron India Services” as they tried to dupe me last time. They said ok. They send some other person when he checked the machine he said the chip was not at all replaced for with neutron India Services was charging me a whopping 3, 700!

Next time again there was a problem and Kenstar people again sent person form “Neutron India” He said your motor needs to be changed. Since I had a bad experience form neutron India, I told kenstar to send some one else to recheck problem. And problem was just rusting some where on some electrical wire.

I am calling Kenstar people and telling them how bogus “Neutron India Services” is and stop any contracts with them, but no one is there to listen. There seems to be very corrupt way of awarding contracts to local service centers.

My suggestion is if you are in Pune. Never buy Kenstar machine. And never give anything to repair to “neutron India services”.
