We have recently (2 weeks back) bought this machine and happy about it.
When we started scouting for a washing machine we found out that Front load washing machines offer better washing at same time saving on soap, water and electricity. But all these machines start from 15K upwards and they had problems like locking up the machine if water or electricity goes out.
We had heard of this product from Kenstar but presumed that it must be expensive as it does all the things a front loader does and then does not have any of the shortcomings of the front loader. But one of he dealer suggested us this machine and we were pleasantly surprised to know the price.
One big advantage of all the tumble type washing machine is that they can heat up the water which I think contributes a great deal to the cleanliness of wash and also helps in hygiene of washed cloths. And the cleanliness of wash is also proved by the drainpipe which needs to be hooked up on the wash basin and the dirty water can easily be seen as proof of cleanliness of wash.
One more amazing thing about this machine is it's size for the wash load capacity of 5 kgs.
The biggest shortcoming of this machine is the loadsize. My family being a small one can easily wash all our cloths once a week in this machine. But for bigger families this may be a problem, which can be overcome by doing multiple washes. I think this impression is given because loading the machine is also a bit awkward. And one has to get used to it over the time.
