Kenstar- expensive electronic board. Review on Kenstar Tumble Top [LF 2008 FT]

Review : After reading reviews read on mouth shut purchased this machine in November 2005. We were happy with this machine as it was possible to use without much difficulties. It could be loaded with clothes at any time during the cycle. Found all well until close to one year. Frothy water leakage which according to technician could be due to failure of elctronic board and this was replaced in warranty period. Few months later again same problem. Other problems are noisy during spinning. But machine is being used. Steel drum is good. The top lid lock is broken. Color is still white. Good for protability. Satisfactory wash. The rear side plastic clips for holding the pipes are broken. Cocoroaches entered and perhaps damaged the card. We had to place nepthaline balls. Kenstar technician attend on call within 3 days. Parts are ordered from outside Goa and generally machine is available in a week. Such machines are user friendly and can be used easily by maids.
