Have been using this machine for more than 6yrs. We bought this top loading tumble washing machine at just Rs.13, 500/- and has soo many features which even washing machines at double the price do not have.
The advantages are:
- Hot wash
- Compact Design.needs very less space compared to conventional washing machines.
- Many Features, found only on high end washing machines such as selectable RPM for spin.
The primary issues with this are:
- Water Inlet is a concern since it does not fit well to all taps.
- The bottom bushes/legs of the w/m gave away pretty early and it shakes a little too much while spinning.
- The lack of number of customers has resulted in fewer service center personnel equipped to service this.
However, the service of this washing machine has been quite good thru the time. Sadly, product is discontinued though it is excellent value for money!
