NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KENSTAR. Actually, Kenstar is not fit to sell this machine at all. Our unit has been giving problems continously since we bought it 3 years ago. Biggest mistake in my life.After warranty expired, they don't respnd properly to complaints. Their call center numbers are always busy, and even if you managed to register a complaint, engineers come only after 2 days. Many times, they don't have spares, and last week the main circuit board in our machine itself flunked!. The Engineer who inspected it said the problem could even require for us to replace the main motor cositing more than 3000 rupees. This time I have been waiting for more than 10 days for a spare PCB to check if the problem is with the PCB or the motor. The head office simply replies "Sorry". I am thinking of complaining to the Consumer Forum, and exchanging this for some other machine next week. NEVER BUY KENSTAR
