Kenstar is very poor in customer service. From the day I got this machine in Dec 2005, we are facing lots of problem. The customer services person came for installation after 25 days from purchase. Even though the installation was simple, I wanted to test their customer service and hence waited for them to come and install.
Right after that we faced problems one after another. Every time we got frustrated calling and tracking the Customer service person again and again to attend the problem. Once we called nearly 25 times to get the problem attended. Exactly after 2 years(warranty period) of completion, the mother board broke down.
Earlier we had IFB for 10 years and we never faced any problem but this time it was really a very bad experience. My sincere advice is don’t see money and go for this Kenstar. Invest in IFB and have a peaceful life. I am planning to get an IFB by next week.
