I have purchased the microwave on 5th Jan 2013, but in last 9 months this is a 2nd time Microwave have stopped working. I am not at all happy with the product and the quality of servicing, this is disgusting. I think I have wasted my MONEY on Kenstar.
This is a manufacturing defect and you should replace the product. We have also register the complaint no. JAI2510130161. We have registered the complaint on 25th Oct but we have not yet received the solution. We have tried to approach the customer care more then 5-6 times but not getting the proper revert
