To serve more and more by not rendering quality service seems to be the motto of the Kenstar service centers.
I have a kenstar LS-70 washing Machine purchased on 17.04.07 from Raghukul Enterprises, chandrapur.
The machine's dryer unit started giving trouble from February this year and the water intake pipe also started leaking. I lodged a complaint with their customers care on 11.02.09 ( NAG 1202090098).
On enquiring form the call center again after a few days , I was told much to my surprise that my call was already attended to , that too without the technician having come, maybe they have some way of attending to the complaints without the technician touching the machines.
I then enquired form the service center and they said they would be sending the technician, I had to keep on repeatedly requesting the service center to send the technician, who at last came and repaired the machine. The same trouble again resurfaced after 2-3 days and once again I had to request the service centre to send the technician over, he came again and changed the in-let pipe, but again after 2-3 days the water started leaking, the whole dryer unit started getting flooded.
Now again I have booked the complaint ( NAG 0204090347) and am also requesting the Service Centre to send the technician. When I called the service centre on 02.04.09 , I was told that the technician was on his way, but when I call the technician he told me that now he no longer looks after the area and I should contact someone else.
Are the service center people taking the consumers for a ride OR are they punishing their customers for having purchased their machine. I also have a Whirlpool white magic which is working fine, and even their service is good, I had replaced my another semi-automatic whirlpool machine with this kenstar machine, and am paying the price for it. After all one has to pay for his acts of Omission & Commission. Will someone at Kenstar wake up to the end the harassment meted out to their consumers by their service centers.
