As I saw from last 5 years kenstar is another brand of Videocon. From customer care to services all are given by Videocon.
When I went to purchase a juicer mixer grinder in my mind only brand was there, but the shopkeeper gave me advise to go for Kenstar because it's a Videocon product. He gave me full suggestion for Kenstar.
I buy the Kenstar of price 2000?.
After using around 6 to 8 month the Jar stop working and with in 1 year both the jar stop working but when I call to customer care they told me that we gave the service for only motor.
So I went to local service but after 2 month it again stop working. Then I purchase new jar which is working till now.
The mixer is good but jar is not good due to better quality of motor I am giving 2 star rating for this product.
So I tell you that go for brand not for price.
