Kenstar Glam 50R is not a cooler, it's seriously a joke. It carries a low powered fan motor only to get a A+ energy saving rating but performance wise it is damn poor. In moderate summer only you will realize that this cooling tower is useless.
#1. Service & Support: It's good but it not the issue of service & support. The design issue is there for this cooling tower, the motor is not powerful for a 15 X 15 M Sq room and any room less than this size doesn't need a cooling tower as it would be space issue and any room bigger it cannot cool as it is incompetent to make normal temperate in this sized room. Support guys will only tell you to place it near window for best result then how come they say you can use it inside the room.
#2. Cooling and sound: Cooling isn't there when outside temperature is 35 degrees Celsius then you will feel that this is only good for temperature below 35 degrees and not help when temperature is more. Sound is there when you'll use water as it's a tower when water falls then sound is there.
#3. Reliable & Satisfaction: I did not faced any issue with motor or anything else but I am not satisfied with this cooler because only reason I bought it when I saw a tower in an event and I thought that since it looks the same it will deliver but I was wrong and that other cooler that I saw were very costly, so certainly it cannot match.
#4. Value for Money: No, you should not waste 10000 INR, water and electricity on something that doesn't help. You should avoid it because for a hot country like India you should not consider something just by seeing some similar product. You should see the product in same kind of temperature in which you need to use it else you should not bother.
I won't suggest it to anyone as it occupy space and it not inexpensive also and yet not deliver.
