I purchased Kenstar food processor around 20 months back. Within few months, the atta mixer lid was broken. Many other parts kept breaking in coming months. I discussed this with a friend of mine who had also purchased similar product and recommended. On discussing I fount that he was facing similar problem and was also having trouble with servicing.
Given this I never contacted service center till another 12 months. One fine day I decided to call up their service center and ask for replacement. They were prompt in their inital call service, the person came and replaced few parts which were in guarantee. He did not have atta mixing lid and promised to come back in few days. He never came back and calling his center yielded no results. Than I again called up the help line in Bangalore and registered a fresh request.
The person responded quickly, came to my home and replaced the product. Overall I will call my service experience as satisfactory. However, I think the product lacks durability. Our most used feature in this is atta kneading jar and the product requires more robust design though it is quite useful.
