I Purchased the Kenstar Food Processor last year .For one year it was good but the rubber used in the jar gets heated very fast and melts and the dry jar was spoiled fully and the best thing is in pune whenever we call the service centre and ask for spare parts like the rubber , jar etc they say that is not available now and this is repeated answer from their side .
I really got stuck as I have spent 4000Rs for this purchase and it is of Zero use now .Please help me in this to get the spare parts or atleast give me infomation to go to consumer court for this product.
