I have tried kellogg's corn flakes almost all flavours and all variant but it was just for taste and to keep something to eat when you talk about nutrition there is nothing in the kellogg's corn flakes. Please try to read the ingredients on the packet you will know the reality.
I had some research from my side and googles all the ingredients so on ground level highest level of artificial sugar is there in the corn flakes and which is really not good for our body.
In the name of nutrition they are selling artificial sweetners. Most of the people eat corn flakes with milk, all nutrition comes from milk because there is nothing much nutritious in the corn flakes. I stopped after going through ingredient reality.
