Kellogg's corn flakes are made of whole grains like corn, wheat, oats and barley. and it contains lots of nutrition's.like iron and 8 essential vitamins and it is advisable to have it with cows milk so that you have a good and balanced breakfast to start your day.moreover corn flakes are almost fat free, high in vitamin C and Iron, there is no cholesterol for health conscious people.personally I do not like the taste but if you are in hurry it is a best alternative for regular breakfast.
