I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Kaynee Express Freight Pvt Ltd for a shipment of goods. I was very disappointed in their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
The first issue I had was with the delivery date. I was told that the shipment was to be delivered within a certain time frame. However, when I contacted the company, I was told that the delivery date had changed and that it would be delivered at a later date. This was unacceptable to me as I had made plans based on the original delivery date.
The second issue I had was with their customer service. When I called to inquire about the status of my shipment, I was met with a very unhelpful and disinterested customer service representative. He was unable to provide me with any information and seemed more interested in ending the call than helping me.
The third issue I had was with the condition of my shipment when it was finally delivered. I was expecting it to be in perfect condition, however, when I opened the box, I found that some of the items were damaged. This was unacceptable as I had paid for a service that promised to deliver my items in perfect condition.
Overall, my experience with Kaynee Express Freight Pvt far of my expectation.
