Caution! all who visit Ambabari branch of KAYAKALP. Review on Kaya Kalp Herbals - Jaipur

It was sunday 11th july, when I decided topay my 1st visit to Kayakalp Beauty clinic. Though I was in jaipur for the past 8 months, I had never visited Kayakalp before. It was just at a stonethrow distance from my house. We stay at AWHO Colony, Vidyadhar nagar, so the nearest was the Ambabari branch. But the experience was like never before in my life, in which I might have visited around 6 cities n about 15 different beauty parlours. My husband being in the army, I have traveled a lot, and I belong to Mumbai. But never since y'day have I come across such a shocking incident. I had carried Rs.1500 in my purse, that day so that if required and time permits could take some additional beauty treatment(had planned only for waxing and threading), but went in for bleaching and clean-up. When I reached the counter to pay off my bill, (which was Rs.1100) I was shocked to find only Rs.1000 in my purse. Though d attendant had handed me my purse before leaving the venue, she had managed to flick a 500 rupee note from it till I was lying with my face pack on. I have never ever felt so cheated before. We as customers rely on the staff totally as far as our treatment is concerned as well as our belongings. Whenever I have visited any of the salons nearby, I have never bothered to take care of my things so much, so was relaxed and rest assured even here. But it was a lesson learnt forever. And when I spoke to the manager about it she said in return that we keep reminding our customers of their belongings, because at times they come in with nothing and claim to have lost things in there. So she meant I was also amongst those few who lie. If I was lying I wouldn't have written this review. I don't know whether the owner will ever come to know of this but yes I would like spread a word of mouth, that please dear friends be careful at least in Kayakalp, Ambabari branch. The manager also said that in past 7 yrs, they never had such a complaint, because the staff there was old and the girl I had alligated was new in that branch, I think she was transferred from the institute, that was what I could gauge from their talks while getting my waxing done.

So please caution! all who visit Ambabari branch of Kayakalp henceforth are requested to kindly take care of your belongings.
