There are three bikes in this category.

One is bullet.

Other is Eliminator.

And now there is Karizma,THE NEWEST ENTRY.

Bullet has its own market.

You need to be a close friend of a bullet mechanic to own this ''beast''.

Eliminator is for those who know the difference between cruising and racing.

Karizma is for those who just want to take off from the pack.

And then there is Pulsar 180.

It has the combination of all these three without their drawbacks.

In terms on pick up it is only second to Karizma.

Yes buddy.

It has better pick up than eliminator and bullet because it is slightly lighter than those bikes though still heavy enough not to shake at speeds of 120.

Yeah! It can reach 120 with a pillion. You have to trust me for this.

It has far better average than

Eliminator (best is 40 km per liter) under speeds of 80 and the mileage goes down as the speed goes up and can touch 30 at worst.

Bullet (best is 40 km per liter) if the bullet is decently maintained

Karizma which is giving only 25-30 km per liter of petrol. (My cousin brother got one last month and is not at all happy.)

And it is 10000 rupees cheaper than any bullet and 25000 rupees cheaper than karizma and 30000 rupees cheaper than eliminator.

It has got looks and the engine is superb.

I own 180cc since last 15 months and has not got any major problem from my bike.

If you get it serviced at regular periods then I can assure you no visit to the dealer except the service ones.

And if driven between 50-65 then it can easily give you average of 48-52 km per liter.

For my words just go for this bike.

And you will fall in love.

But please follow the run-in instructions if you want to get maximum out of your bike.

Give it easy rides till 2000 km and hp racer 4 or better engine oil and you can keep it for years and still use it for both city riding and highway riding.

I have gone to Mussorie, Nainital, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Shimla and Rohtang-manali on this bike and it is still ready to go to Jaisalmer this october.

As for eliminator it is just too expensive. There is no pass switch a must for a cruiser, no fuel indicator, and no tachometer. These are glaring omissions for a bike made for cruising and that too at such a high price.

So go ahead.

happy riding.
