I purchased some Item from Kaunsa.com and paid Rs 898/- on 26-07-2014. The order number is 33784879282452. I did not get the item up to now.
The customer care will only say that it is being dispatched soon but they will not say you any other number where you can contact them. The customer case person and email answer is the same that goods is being sent soon. I am hearing the same answer since last one month.
There is no address of Kaunsa.com on its website. No phone number other then the call center number. you have no option to trace out them. It appears to be a cheat company. I lost Rs 898/-
