Last month, I had order for Ray Ban Sunglasses from Kaunsa but I am worried when I open the parcel unfortunately it was broken due to courier fault. Same day I raise a complaint ticket with photo proof of broken sunglasses under “My Account Section” and claim for 100% money refund back. Next day evening I got a mail in Gmail account. It is the intimation mail of starting the process of refund. They start my refund process.
On the seventh day, I got a call from Kaunsa, it informed me that they refund my amount and reflect in my account within three working days. On the second I got full amount refund.
