Bloody cheat company never buy from them. Review on Kaunsa

This is one of the worst company, I have experienced. It is a 3rd class company and a 3rd class customer service team and management. we made an order on 8th November 2015 for a cellphone for Rs.11999, The next day morning I called up the so called customer service number a lady by name Tamana answered and took the complain and told we will not be doing the refund, We will be doing a refund by giving a coupon which I can use for the next purchase, I told the lady I don't need the voucher give my money back, she says its not there policy to give the refund of cash and disconnected the call. After 2hr I called up the same lady answered the call and said she will call me back in next 2hr but she dint . I called up again, some stupid lady answered the call she was so rude and ethic less, I mean it she doesn't know how to talk. same story she repeated we cant do refund by cash will do refund by voucher and she asked me do I need the product or the refund by voucher, this are the only option you have you decide, I said I don't need any of this need my money back, she just disconnected the call, I'm calling back they don't even answer my call.

(point 8. Cancellation Of Order Placed By The Customer

kaunsa.com reserves the right to cancel the order placed by the customer from its end if it is unable to procure the product from its vendor and henceforth the full refund would be made back to the customer in the original mode of payment within 30 days or either Kaunsa credit/voucher points equaling to the payment made would be given to him on his own consent. In case the customer is willing to cancel the order placed by him from its own end and is asking for a refund then it will lead to some deductions in refund payment to the customer due to the payment gateway and shipping charges incurred to process the order. But if in case the customer agrees for kaunsa credit/voucher points then an equal amount of points against the payment he has made will be issued to him which he can use in future to buy anything of his choice from kaunsa.com. The validity of these voucher/credit points is for lifetime.)

In this they have mention that they will do the refund, but they are backing out by there own policy's.

I have no idea will I be getting my money back. By companies like this other eCommerce companies names are getting spoiled and people get scared to buy online, Kaunsa.com is the cheapest company and they don't stick to there rules .
